Q2. Why does the sample sometimes look different from the original design?
EN: The patterns on acetate sheets are unique, so each piece of tortoiseshell, marble, or fluid pattern is one-of-a-kind. This is similar to natural marble or wood, which are also each one-of-a-kind. The samples show the production results of individual sheets, not the patterns from the design drawings. So, every hairpin made from patterned sheets is one of a kind.
Q3. What design files are required for custom production?
EN: We recommend providing clear reference images, dimensions, preferred materials, and usage requirements. Although not mandatory, CAD or AI files facilitate communication. Yiyi’s professional designers can create AI files for you free of charge.
Q4. Can YIYI help optimize designs that are not suitable for mass production?
EN: Yes. We will provide optimization suggestions for the design’s structure and manufacturing processes based on DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and design fidelity.

Yes. Many of our clients only provide a logo or brand name. Our designer can help create a simple packaging layout based on your branding and prepare production-ready artwork for paper cards, packaging boxes, or labels.

Yes. If you do not have a complete packaging design, our designer can help adjust the layout, place the logo correctly, and prepare the packaging artwork for production. This is especially common for retail cards and paper boxes.

Q30. Do we have to use all custom packaging at once?
